Every day, Lindsay K. Cullen meets clients at some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Facing injury, loss, and overwhelming adversity, her clients turn to her for guidance. Lindsay believes her purpose as an attorney is not only to provide legal representation, but also to help people regain strength and confidence during their recovery.
A lifelong athlete, Lindsay developed the discipline, tenacity, and commitment to excellence that continue to shape her law practice today. She is known for her resilience and for tackling challenges that others may view as insurmountable — qualities that serve her clients in the courtroom and at the negotiation table.
Lindsay is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, where she earned a B.A. in criminal justice with highest distinction honors. Before pursuing law, she gained valuable experience working for the Founder of eBay and the late Kenny Guinn, former Governor of Nevada — roles that taught her the importance of leadership, responsibility, and service to the community.
She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California. After passing the California Bar, Lindsay moved back to Nevada with her husband, Paul. While studying for the Nevada Bar Exam, she worked at a plaintiff personal injury law firm, where she discovered her true passion: helping victims of negligence secure justice.
Since 2013, Lindsay has been a partner at what is now Carter Cullen, formerly Bertoldo Carter Smith & Cullen. Over the past decade, she has built a reputation for fearless advocacy on behalf of injury victims and their families.
Her practice is devoted to representing those harmed by the negligence of others, including in cases involving:
