He went on to earn a joint Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University, a combination that strengthened both his legal reasoning and strategic insight.
John began practicing law in 1985 and quickly established himself as a powerful advocate for injured individuals. His early career reinforced his belief that plaintiffs need strong, fearless representation to level the playing field against well-funded insurance carriers.
John has been a partner at Carter Cullen since 1992 and has served as managing partner for more than three decades. Throughout his career, he has dedicated his practice exclusively to plaintiffs’ personal injury law.
