I couldn’t be more grateful for Brett Carter, Alexis Facciolla, and the entire team at Carter & Cullen for everything they did for me following my car accident on October 29, 2025. I was referred to Brett Carter after being involved in a serious multi-vehicle accident on I-15. My case was more complex than usual, especially with multiple doctors and ongoing medical treatment involved, but Brett and Alexis handled everything with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail from beginning to end. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to hire an attorney to help fight with me while I was going through hard medical challenges that will affected me for the rest of my life. I was very blessed to have found Brett Carter with Carter Cullen to be that attorney for me. He went above and beyond in every situation. He looked in ever corner to make sure nothing was missed, and because of that, I will be able to buy a new car because my Navigator was completely destroyed. My son received the treatment he needed, and Cliff and his assistant, Briget, were so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Cliff always took the time to explain things and share his thoughts about the case. Everyone on the team was just so friendly and easy to work with. From the receptionists who answer the phone to Carolyn, who helped us when it came time to sign the release, everyone made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Carter Cullen Injury Attorneys have been incredible supporters of our local running community and have supported runners in many ways over the years.
