“The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” That belief guides Paul R. M. Cullen every day as he represents clients facing some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
More than simply practicing law, Paul sees his role as one of comfort, education, and advocacy. He works closely with individuals and families who are overwhelmed by injury, loss, and uncertainty, giving them clarity, reassurance, and a voice when they need it most. For Paul, that is where the real work begins.
Known for his empathy and steady presence, Paul is deeply committed to helping clients recover not only financially, but emotionally. His goal is simple and personal: to help people move forward and regain confidence after life-altering events.
Paul grew up in Montreal, Canada, and completed high school there before continuing his education in the United States. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Lake Forest College in Illinois, graduating with a double major in business and international relations.
Paul went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California. During law school, he met his wife, Lindsay. After passing the California Bar, Paul and Lindsay relocated to Nevada.
Following his admission to the Nevada Bar, Paul began his legal career representing individuals severely affected by the financial crisis. He assisted hundreds of clients facing overwhelming debt and foreclosure, helping families navigate some of the most stressful and uncertain periods of their lives. It was during this time that Paul solidified his commitment to a career centered on helping people.
After several years of advocating for clients impacted by the financial crisis, Paul transitioned into personal injury law. He refocused his dedication and passion for service on representing individuals who were harmed due to the negligence of others.
In 2017, Paul joined Carter Cullen, where his practice is devoted to giving injured clients a voice and fighting for their rights. He finds the greatest fulfillment in helping clients recover from their injuries and losses and in seeing them regain peace of mind and confidence in the future.
His practice includes representation in cases involving:
