Bertoldo, Baker, Carter & Smith is pleased to announce the firm\u2019s new name: Carter Cullen. This change highlights our newest partner, Lindsay K. Cullen<\/a>, whose contributions to the firm have resulted in numerous noteworthy results for our clients.<\/p>\n

Lindsay was named partner in January of 2020. After first joining the firm in 2013, she has proven herself to be one of the area\u2019s top practicing lesiones personales<\/a> attorneys. A tireless advocate for the injured, she strives to provide a voice for the voiceless and hold negligent parties accountable for the immense pain and suffering they cause. Lindsay\u2019s extensive track record and results speak for themselves, and we are proud to have her as a partner at our firm.<\/p>\n

Throughout her years in practice, Lindsay has been recognized for her achievements, her commitment to her clients, and her many successes in the area of personal injury law. She has been named among the National Trial Lawyers \u201cTop 40 Under 40\u201d and the National Association of Personal Injury Attorneys\u2019 \u201cTop 10 Under 40.\u201d She was also selected for inclusion in The Global Directory\u2019s \u201cWho\u2019s Who\u201d list, the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys\u2019 \u201c10 Best Female Attorneys in Nevada,\u201d and Real Vegas Magazine<\/em>\u2019s \u201cReal Top Lawyers of Las Vegas.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lindsay is admitted to practice in the state of Nevada and California, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and the U.S. Distract Court for the Northern District of California. She is also admitted to the Supreme Court for the State of Nevada and California.<\/p>\n

She remains highly active in the professional legal community, with memberships in numerous organizations, including Super Lawyers\u00ae, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. She also serves on the Board of Governors for the Nevada Justice Association, as well as a Trustee for the association\u2019s Citizens for Justice section and co-chair for its Women\u2019s Caucus. Lindsay is also the Southern Delegate for the State of Nevada for the American Association of Justice.<\/p>\n
